Direct Primary Care

Direct primary care is transforming healthcare by removing health insurance from the doctor-patient relationship. Practices charge a low, flat recurring membership fee instead of billing insurance, allowing practicing physicians to eliminate administrative and middlemen costs. This also allows physicians to spend more TIME with each patient, and the ability to answer ALL of your healthcare questions. Discounted pricing is available for labs, prescriptions, and imaging. About Us

Southwest Florida Direct Primary Care is a membership based practice focused on the patient’s best interest with 30-60 minute visits to provide excellent care. The maximum total number of patients is limited to 350. Timothy Blain M.D. has been providing patient care in Englewood, Florida since 2010.

Pricing

Monthly membership rates vary by age. Rates range from $40-$120 a month. Board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, Dr. Blain can see patients of all ages.
